Belle Tire

Josh is very knowledgeable and professional. My car has ceramic rotors, which require special care and certain materials to be avoided, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He also made sure the team handled everything correctly. I purchased new tires through them, and less than a month later, one of the tires hit a curb. Josh helped me get it covered through the manufacturer warranty, even though I had not purchased Belle Tire’s warranty. The service was excellent, and the team is top-notch. Highly recommended.

The Manager of this place is pathetic. Was on my way to work. Stopped by 20 minutes before opening and asked about patching a tire. He told me to leave the car and they might get it done mid afternoon. He blew any future tire purchases or service work I will ever need. Drove across street to Tire Barn. The Manager there understood and squeeed me in and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Stay away from Belle, this Manager is grumpy and has an attitude.

I would definitely recommend this location. The team is great and has wonder customer service. I had a horrible experience with the Castleton location, so I will be making the extra drive to Fishers anytime I need something done to my vehicle. They made sure I was well informed on progress and let me know other areas that may need attention in the future, but didn't pressure me into doing them right then and there. They answered all my questions and concerns.

Trevor, Tyler, and team do a tremendous job. Even with as busy as this shop is, I was given the time of day from the staff for our new tire purchase and alignment for my wife's car and all of my questions were well answered. That level of service, being a Michelin dealer, tires in stock with same day install and long service hours, and the educator discount is what won our business. Who knew you should use the tire pressure on the door and not on the tire. I would absolutely recommend and would purchase here again. Remarkably clean, inviting, and well appointed waiting room. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

Came in today for a new set of tires on my 2016 Durango. Nice place! Joe and Josh were very helpful and got me in and out quickly. I had a lot of road noise from my old tires. They put on a set of Michelin Defender LTX M/S2. That did the trick! It rides so quiet and smooth now. I will definitely be back in the future. 😊👍
